Healthy Living essay.

As shown in the text, Lithuania’s government made a law that doesn’t let people under the age of 18 buy energy drinks. That is a significance change, because kids are no longer damaging their organs, such as heart and liver, with excess sugar and caffeine.

In my opinion, this law is a wonderful idea, because younger people are no longer able to damage their body with unhealthy beverage, that has no vitamins or minerals that our body requires. The way to promote healthy living among teenagers is pretty easy, I think that more and more people start to think about their body and simple things as advertisements and additional education would promote this habit eve more.
