Healthy Eating (2).
Even though I myself understand all of this, I can‘t force myself to be a sensible eater. I usually skip breakfast, because I‘m just not hungry in the morning. Although, I‘m trying to fix this issue by drinking vitamin c and magnesium every day to be more energized and become hungry faster. I eat my main meal at home, after school at around 3 or 4 pm. I usually make something myself or eat what my mum had made that day. I snack quite a lot during the day, but i wouldnt say thats a bad thing, because it means that my stomach is constanly working. I just have to make sure the snacks are healthy. I dont eat out much but thats because i dont want to spend my money left and right.
