Any group, regardless of the purpose (a group of friends/classmates/colleagues), sooner or later needs to make a decision. If there is no solution, or it is done incorrectly, it can lead to misunderstandings and even conflicts, which can disrupt the overall environment within the group. Any solution must be more or less satisfactory to all members of the groups. If we talk about the work collective, then using his authority, a good manager should make the decision-making process as efficient and transparent as possible.

When a problem occurs, team members must be aware of its causes and possible consequences, know what decisions are being made, and participate in making them.
