Usually when people hear about a healthy lifestyle the first thought that comes to mind is that people need to avoid unhealthy foods and drinks, for example fast food meals, because most of them aren't freshly made, there are unhealthy ingredients and it can come up with different disease risks. Unhealthy drinks are all kinds of sodas, because they have a lot of sugar and other sweeteners which isn’t the best for your health.
There are some basic rules of healthy living that every person should follow. I guess the first one is clear for most of the people - it is a healthy diet. No matter how obvious it sounds, but it is true, everyone should watch what they are eating. The second rule is to try to step up activity levels and get regular exercise to relieve stress and lift the mood. The third one is to sleep seven to eight hours a night for a successful and energized day. Drinking water is important too. The amount depends on physical activity level, age and other factors. Drinking water increases energy and helps avoiding dehydration.
