By using a voltmeter to measure the voltage of the circuit and taking the readings of the parameters shown considering what best matches the limit range. Writing down the measured values and check for zero error.

By using a ammeter to measure the current of the circuit and taking the readings of the parameters shown considering what best matches the limit range and also writing them down and check for zero error.

Current is directly proportional to Voltage and the resistance is the gradient of the graph below as shown.
