Crimes and criminals.

Firstly, I will talk about minor crimes that may vary among countries. Minor crimes can start with littering, writing graffiti on a public building and end with mugging or drug possession. A lot of people don’t consider littering as a crime or say graffiti is street art and it lets people express themselves, so they should not get punished. Also, many people vandalizing the property of others many times get away with it without being caught. In my opinion, petty crimes like these need to be taken more seriously, of course, for instance, street art can be amazing, but it is not fun seeing it on houses or other buildings where it does not belong.
