Based on feedback I got from my salespeople, they mentioned the customers receiving other kgs of cheese, than we ordered. Upon inspection, we found through records that we indeed ordered and paid for five-kilo packages-25euro each, including shipping so something went wrong from your side. Further investigation revealed that the brochure you send us, shows three-kilo packages-15 euro each.

Due to extreme care of our company image, we would like Iceberg Cheese to send to our 1323 valuable customers a two-kilo cheese package with an explanation about the error made that clears our name.
