Charity Events Essay

Charity events.

My topic today is charity events and I would like to start by saying that these events are organized to raise awareness for a specific cause and raise money. Which in my opinion is a magnificent way to contribute to the good of humanity.

I am given a bar chart that tells me what actions were taken to support charity organizations. What is surprising here that just under two thirds of all the people, according to the statistics, are donating money. The graph also states that half of the respondents claim that they are volunteering in fund raising events. Which is very similar percentage of donating clothing and food. What is more, it’s clear from the chart that organizing charity fairs is the least popular way to support charity organizations, it was chosen only by more than a tenth of participants.

I am given a very interesting question could I or my friends take part in any charitable activities? The answer is yes, because there are a lot of ways to help others without donating money, for example we could volunteer because we don’t have adults responsibilities such as raising kids or making money for living, so we have a lot of free time.
