Multiculturalism is the existence of diverse cultural traditions within a single country. Nowadays this is relevant because in many countries there is a huge variety of different cultures. Many people discuss about this whether multicultural society is good or not.

However, multiculturalism has some drawbacks too. Despite the fact that cultural diversity brings people closer and it makes people more tolerant it can also cause the risk of social conflicts. The possibility of a conflict occurs due to differences in religious beliefs or certain ways of living. Moreover, living in a multicultural society may cause a fear among people that they would lose their original ethnic identities or lifestyle.
