This report was commissioned to understand why passengers of Brookfield Airport, in the English Midlands are complaining about the quality of the services at the airport. The airport’s terminal serves millions of people each year and has become a base for several budget airlines offering cheap flights.
Airports are vital national resources that serves people and goods. Brookfield Airport was buit in the mid-1960 and is operated by the Midland Airport Authority (MAA). In recent years the airport has increased, but according to disaffected passengers airport is having some major problems with the services.
I will suggest a few ideas for making sure that the coming year will improve the services at the airport.
The attitude and availability of check-in staff is also a key of customer experience. Maybe the airport should provide a separate check-in facilities for premium passengers.
