A sense of competition.


What is more, a sense of competition encourages young people to create innovations. This motivates them to further improve. Despite this, young people working productively for the competition, and their results are better.

To summarise, I want to say that a sense of competition motivates young people work more, to save their workplace and create inovations. All of these things motivates young people and helps to achieve success in different spheres of life.
