Young people’s lifestyle.
8 hours of sleep every day are necessary for healthy life. Young people usually sleep 5-6 hours because of their active nightlife. They go to parties, discos, clubs or chat on facebook.
I think teenagers should do more exercises and sport.
Everyone has to make a timetable. This would help to get a good balance between having fun, working and resting.
