Why stress can be beneficial for people?


To start with, being nervous all the time about the stressful things that repeat persistently for an instance, assignments or if you have a job where you are always feel stressed out. It is going to damage your body in almost all possible ways. On the other hand, only short and regular periods of stress can be beneficial. If you feel nervous about going bungee jumping, skydiving or you getting a tattoo it could be beneficial for some reasons.

Firstly, it can strengthen the body’s immune system. Secondly, it lowers the risk of neurological diseases.
