Which problem would you like to solve, and what are the solutions that you propose.

Well, this time I do not have any problems that I would like to solve. But I remember one time, two years ago, I have organised the Model European Parliament session in my hometown. I was responsible for the advertisement of this event, for the accommodation and food. We were team from three people, so we have to deal with a lot of problems and do a lot of things. We felt the responsibility to do our best and every team member took care of his/her tasks very thoroughly. That was quite challenging to organise the session for sixty people. My job was to attract participants from all over Lithuania. Prior to this, I had never been responsible for such huge amounts of communication associated with an event and it became one of the biggest challenges I have ever faced.
