What Is Important For Students To Develop At School: Cooperation Or Competition?
What is important for students to develop at school: cooperation or competition?.
On the other hand, the children who are taught to compete usually reach better results in sports or academic subjects. In fact, competition stimulates to work harder and do their best to be at the top. Moreover, students become more independent and know how to cope with struggles in life by themselves. Therefore, competing is beneficial to success in the future.
All in all, I strongly believe that it is more important to teach the students to co-operate than compete. In my opinion, the cooperating is the most powerful quality to become very successful adults in both business and personal life.
