Various semi - formal letter.

I am writting you this letter about current situation we haven‘t had heating and hot water for some time. Your workmen has tried fix the problem, but no success.

The reason for this letter to tell you I am not happy about it. I would like to ask you further information when the problem is gonna be sorted.

I can try to ask my friend to have a look at it. I hope you can get it sorted soon.

I am writting this letter because I decided not to accept the offer in job position. I am declining this offer because I think I do not have enough competencies for this job.

I really doubt i do not have enough language knowlege to be in this job position and this is really responsable job so I am affraid I am going to fail at some point.
