Useful and efficient practices in school.

Talk about 2-3 most efficient/useful practices in your school: what they are (events, projects, activities, types of lessons etc.), how they began, how they are helping students develop their personalities and prepare for future life, how they could be made even more effective.

Our school is planning to include some projects, activities and also, types of lessons will be different too.

Yeah, I absolute agree with you. This non-routine activities will help to chill out, especially for 9th and upper grades students. Currently, they have a lot to study before final tests.

I think It is types of lessons. Events or projects don’t differ between itself. By contraries, there are a lot of different types of lessons. Teachers can distribute students into separate groups and give some work that is not related to any school subject. Teachers can also give individual work and after the work is done, then everyone can compare their works with each other.

Ok, maybe you start changing my thoughts but I still think that whatever the practice would be, it is not normally developed in schools. As I remember, teachers were often giving us very boring and poor topics list.
