Unique Underwater Animals Essay

Unique underwater creatures. Rewild devastated areas. Psychrolutes marcidus or the smooth headed blobfish.

Today I’m going to be speaking about extraordinary animals that live undersea. Specifically about two, one of the two being a very praised and admired creature, and the other one – pronounced the ugliest animal on the surface of the Earth.

Seahorses are fish that have captured the imagination of many artists and writers for millennia, and which feature in the ancient mythology, legends and folklore of many countries. Many people still don’t believe that these small creatures actually exist. Scientists believe that seahorses evolved at least 40 million years ago, and survived up until today almost without changing their body structure and function. Seahorses have a peculiar appearance. They have a head like a horse, a pouch like a kangaroo, and a long curved tail like a monkey.
