Leisure, as a space that promotes pleasure, can bring together a number of functions that enhance personal well-being.Leisure space is associated with a dimension of space and time in which the individual assumes and realizes his own needs, in a context antagonistic to that which presides over professional moments.

Liberator - Leisure results from a free choice and the liberation of a number of institutional, professional and personal obligations.

"Recreation" is a term often used to designate something similar to leisure. Recreation indicates some type of activity and, like leisure and play, does not have a unique form.In its literal sense (recreation), it can be seen as one of the functions of leisure; to renew the ego or to prepare for work. This element of recreation is what is most recommended to those who disapprove of "useless" or "dissipated" leisure, an attitude undoubtedly well portrayed in the expression "healthy recreation."

We can observe the following impacts related to the events in tourism:

- The increase of the importance in the promotion of other traditional initiatives

It is the set of social actions that a hotel / tourist establishment carries out in a programmed, organized and continuous way, in order to complement the well-being of its clients. It is based on the creation of a structure that transmits tranquility and complementary distractions to classic hotel services.

- Entertainment of the guests within the resort / hotel, offering at all hours of the day, numerous and diversified recreational activities aimed at them.

- The Animation in the units is never obligation or responsibility, it is pleasure, spontaneity, fun, inter-relation, animation.

- Only successful and effective promotion of initiatives will succeed.

- The programs of the day should be displayed in the most frequented places of the enterprise, so that they can be viewed in full by all the clients.

- Programs can and should be announced by video, projector, internal radio circuit, etc.

- During the evening activities, the programs of the following day should be announced, because the evening is the prime time of the animation.

- The animation team must inform the clients of the programs, contents and objectives.

- The animators should register at the time the interested customers, avoiding that there are unjustified changes of ideas

- Each Hotel Unit must have two animators, one on the street with outdoor activities and another internally in assigned spaces.
