The state of the gender pay gap in 2020.


So let me begin. What Salary inequality based on gender means? Usually it has called The gender pay gap (Moterų ir vyrų darbo užmokesčio skirtumas) or gender wage gap. It is the average difference between the pay for men and women who are working. 

As strange as it sounds , it is still a problem in 2020.

So Today I will discuss issues related to this topic.

First of all, lets talk about THE STATE OF THE GENDER PAY GAP IN 2020 (VYRU IR MOTERU DARBO UZMOKESCIO SKIRTUMAS)

On the other hand, Controlled Gender pay gap is : the amount that a woman earns for every dollar that a comparable(sulyginama) man earns. That is...this is the pay difference that exists between the genders after we control for all measured compensable factors .​ (ismatuoti konpensuojami veiksniai)

So the main question is why women paid less then men?
