For successful use of documents.exchange platform, we invite you to familiarize yourself with these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are considered as an agreement between the documents.exchange website administration and the website user. Each user of the website must familiarize himself with these rules. A person, whoever uses the Web site, uploads, downloads, posts any other information at any time on the site, is deemed to be familiar with, and fully agrees with, these Terms of Service.
1. Use of downloaded documents
- All information, documents stored in documents.exchange database are for personal learning - as scientific knowledge, examples, ideas, scientific information. Plagiarism - the use of the downloaded documents (or part thereof) as your own is strictly prohibited.
- A person who downloads a document declares and warrants that he will comply with all academic institutions' academic ethics statutes, benefit from downloaded document as an example, a source of information and ideas for knowledge, study or research purposes. Document ideas can be described in your own words, interpreted, cited. Using the information from the downloaded document, you must comply with all the requirements for quoting, and indicate the source of the information from the document - the documents.exchange link. For your convenience, each document has a citation box that can be used for quoting.
- All information, published on documents.exchange website, is written and uploaded by third parties (authors) who have freely uploaded their documents. documents.exchange performs the sharing function requested by users and provides all information "as is" and is not responsible for the certainty, novelty, and accuracy of the information provided in the documents. documents.exchange does not guarantee that the information will meet your needs and expectations.
2. Documents upload
- The database contains documents that are freely uploaded by their authors or legitimate owners of copyright and (or) related rights. By uploading or posting any information on documents.exchange, the person who uploads it declares and warrants that all copyright and related rights to the uploaded material belongs to him and that there are no legitimate third party claims to the uploaded information or its parts. Therefore, documents.exchange is not responsible for any breach of copyright and related rights.
- By uploading any information to documents.exchange, person free of charge transfers all the proprietary copyright rights to uploaded information to documents.exchange and agrees that this information, without the written consent of documents.exchange, may not be published on any other website or used for commercial purposes.
- If it turns out that other person (author) fills DMCA Request and are claiming copyright or related rights to the document, by his request document is removed from the database and documents.exchange will be discarded from any further participation in the dispute. Due to the reward of material or non-material damage incurred, the person whose rights have been violated are referred to the person who uploaded the information and who claimed to be the legal owner of the copyright or related rights.
- By uploading the document and transferring the copyright, the author agrees that documents.exchange may freely dispose the information in its discretion, transfer the rights to third parties, reproduce in any form and manner, publish, translate, reproduce, publicly publish, distribute it commercially. documents.exchange reserves the right not to publish uploaded information for any reason.
- When publishing or otherwise using the uploaded information, documents.exchange is not required to specify its author unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to uploading the material.

3. Website usage
- Up to 5 free documents can be downloaded at the time of subscribing to the documents.exchange membership. Membership is for personal use only - learning, looking for examples, so this limit should be sufficient. Membership is prohibited for commercial purposes. documents.exchange reserves the right to terminate membership at any time at its own discretion.
