Stress and relaxation in nowadays life. Being unhappy in your job. Having a heavy workload or too much responsibility. Working long hours. Having to give speeches in front of colleagues. Speech or presentation. Poor sleep schedule. Laugh Out Loud.


Firstly, I want to talk about places and events where people are mostly feeling stressful. Work stress in on the top of the list. Causes of work stress include:

Having a heavy workload or too much responsibility. If you are in situation like this, you shouldn’t be sitting in silence. You need to talk and say that this costs you lots of stress, and maybe you will find compromises with your boss.

Working long hours can also be difficult to deal with, but it really depends on your work. Sometimes you can’t just do anything about that. But you can always ask for holidays or just a few days off, to rest from your work.

Having to give speeches in front of colleagues. I think this one is suitable for the students too. Or just for everyone who needs to talk in front of a big group of people. Or sometimes you don’t even need a big group of people, it can be stressful for you to talk to 5 people.
