This This is the "lungs of the world" and "jungle" refers to tropical forests, which makes up most of part the world's forests. Unfortunately, due to increased deforestation, disappearing forest itself, but also fauna. In this forest are as much as 40% organisms in the world. In these forests grow diverse vegetation starting from a low bush, to the giant, especially in high trees, which produce the most important thing for human survival - it is oxygen.

Deforestation affects the people and animals where trees are cut, as well as the wider world. Some 250 million people living in forest and savannah areas depend on them for subsistence and income—many of them among the world’s rural poor. Eighty percent of Earth’s land animals and plants live in forests, and deforestation threatens species including the orangutan, Sumatran tiger, and many species of birds. That disruption leads to more extreme temperature swings that can be harmful to plants and animals.

An area of a rainforest the size of a football field is being destroyed each second. Giant bamboo plants can grow up to 9 inches a day.
