In 1994 and 1996 Jasikevičius won two gold medals with the Lithuanian youth teams. In 1997 he started his international career, In 2000 Jasikevičius was a member of the Lithuanian national team which won bronze medals at the Summer Olympics. In 2003 Jasikevičius also led Lithuania to a EuroBasket title. He was named the tournament MVP. At the 2007 Jasikevičius also helped Lithuania win bronze medals at the EuroBasket . In 2012, he was the only Lithuanian basketball player to participate in the Olympics four times in a row.
