These type of drivers should be punished. Should be taken driving licenses from them for 1 year and also get a hudge fine. These punishments should affect most of drivers but not all of them, the brave ones definately will break more rules than that, they could drive without licenses.

Yeah, it would be a good idea to try to publish names of drunk drivers and inform their employers, but this thing will not affect everyone.. they maybe want to be famous, show that they are brave and theres nothing to be afraid of...

I think, that the first fine should be from 1000 to 2000 euros.
