Neptune is the eighth and last planet from the Sun of the Solar System. It is the fourth largest planet and third heaviest. It has 4 rings and 14 known satellites. It is made by an icy rock core hidden beneath its very thick atmosphere. It was named after the Roman God of the Sea (Neptune).
