People have different ways of escaping the stress and difficulties of modern life.


Throughout this century the role of modern life within society has transformed completely and the majority of people feel that this change is for the worse. More and more people are thinking that the frenetic pace of life makes people suffer from stress. Personally, I suppose that this change has an obvious negative effect on our health.To begin with, constant rushing, noise and worries about the work deadlines are destructive to our health in many ways. It can play a part in various diseases, such as headache, high blood pressure, anxiety, chronic fatigue and obesity. One of ways to cope with stress is meditation.
