Furniture & Telecommunication: Phones for at least three (3) offices; LAN network and equipment supplied to the work areas would be advantage. Equipped meeting room available for use would be an advantage .

Security and Safety: Controlled access and entrance; Office space must be separated and secured from other tenants; Building and space offered must conform to the fire safety standards

Rent commencement date and available rent able surface and floor location

Warranty that all base building systems including air-conditioning & heating are brought to and serving the premises and are in good working order

Premises operating expenditures, utilities, maintenance (electricity, garbage, air-conditioning & heating, cleaning, fire safety and security) to be provided as a distinct part of the rental consideration.
