Not Everything That Is Faced Can Be Changed, But Nothing Can Be Changed Until It Is Faced

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.

One of the most common things for teenagers is shyness. Shyness is a lack of self-confidence when dealing with other people. Mostly, shyness occurs when dealing with strangers or people you don‘t really know, but of course it can occur in situations that are well known for you. Shy people avoid situations that they are not comfortable with and that way they build up the shyness even more. Some people overcome it when they grow up, for example, when a child is shy with strangers, growing up he starts to be more brave and gives up the shyness. A shy person doesn‘t know what to say, how to act or how to react in certain situations. A lot of the time for people like that it‘s hard to keep eye contact.
