Martin Liuther King essay.


He was a priest, Nobel prize winner and one of the most famous leaders of the civil rights movement. Dr King first achieved national fame when he helped people organise a refusal to use a product or service in Montgomery in 1955. After his success in Montgomery he went to organize a protest to defend black civil rights. In that protest many black people got warnings of an intention to hurt someone and some were attacked. The protest was non violent but Dr. King was arrested.

Dr King only wanted equality, freedom and rights for black people. He joined a huge civil rights walk protest in Washington.
