How can we make our shops and products more appealing to Hispanic customers?

The campaign was confronted with a situation in which they were perceived as too stereotypical, which made them unappealing to young Hispanics. So, with the team, we decided that we would solve the problem of what we could do to make our shop and products more appealing to Hispanic customers.

In a meeting with the team, we discussed some solutions to the problem. First and foremost, we decided what we would do differently to attract the attention of Hispanics and make it easier for them to shop in our store. The first argument was that we would hire more US Hispanic staff because Spanish speaking people would communicate better with employees and find the items they needed. Another solution would be to use social media to advertise our store and events there and publish various news. We would also work with influencers because they do a great job of advertising, so they could promote our company, shop, and products as well.

In conclusion, my team and I have decided to hire more staff at our shop to speak two languages: English and Spanish.
