In general, however, antisociales may be characterised as a general trend that begins in childhood or early adolescence, and continues in adulthood, for disregarding and violating others' rights (American Psychiatric Association, 2002). Any victims have grown up believing that the only way to do what they want is to use aggressiveness (Padilla, 2011). In children and teenagers antisocial attitudes are heterogeneous (Acquaviva, Ellul & Benarous, 2018). In the case of childhood sexual assault, Haller and Miles (2004) found that about twice as many women as in other types of abuse produced personality disorders. For these researchers, the emergence of an antisocial behaviour, as a form of independence from others, may be interpreted as indicators of vulnerability and to escape close relationships.

Antisocial personality disorder, like most personality disorders, is a long-term cycle of actions and experiences that impairs coping and induces anxiety, causing the victim's personality to deteriorate. People with antisocial personality disorder do not adhere to social standards, are deceptive and intimidating in marriages, and are unconcerned about others' privileges. Antisocial conduct encompasses a wide range of criminal offences (Lugo, 2015). Furthermore, victims of antisocial behaviour may be impulsive, careless, and even dangerous. Men suffer from this condition much more often and visibly than women. Those who engage in antisocial activity should not respect "following the rules." The suspects only do that if they are punished. This approach adds to a desire to take advantage of others.

Antisocial conduct can, however, have a much more destructive impact.
