Homelessness essay.

In the last few decades most of countries are suffering from increasing number of homeless people, which was affected by growing difference between rich and poor people. Homeless are usually considered to be people, who haven’t got permanent living place. It is very hard to say a number of homeless people, because mostly it is temporary phenomenon. But looking from another side it is one of the biggest social problems all around the world.

By the data of Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2017, in Lithuania, were 69097 persons who haven’t declared their living place. In the most cases homelessness is caused by long-term unemployment, divorcement, fast credit indebtedness, addiction to alcohol or drugs, sitting in penitentiary or living in foster home.
