Heavy traffic.

One solution is to improve the public transport system. For instance, offering more services, public transport would be a better choice for many people and people could ride the public transport and leave the cars at home while riding to the city, work or school. If a lot of people do that, it would already be a big step towards solving this problem and make traffic less.

Another solution is encourage people to carpool. By doing this, people would communicate to each other and could save money and time. As a result if you drive one car there would already be less cars on the road.
