At all times, education was of great importance for human behavior and his own well-being. We all agree, that boys and girls often are very different by their behaviour, because girls are less confident or noticeable than boys. Why it happens? In the useful talk, famous Education activist Reshma Saujani talks about why people do differ of their behaviour and how could we change it.

I have really enjoyed the talk and I do support the goal of engaging girls into sciences. It was interesting to listen to many obvious things, whose I didn't realize before. I think that many girls should not to humble to men, because they have equal rights as men. But, unfortunately, girls have to be confident and have to overcome the fear of being imperfect.
