Freedom Defenders Day.

Hello so today I’m going to talk about the meaning of January 13th, I’ve been given a chart in which respondents have answered what does January 13th mean to them, so first of all in the chart we can see that 45 % of people think that it’s a very important day for Lithuania, and I totally agree with it, we showed everyone that violence doesn't always have to be an option, then going further we can see that 20% of the respondents have actively participated in those events, and I’m personally quite surprised because it is quite a large number of people, then further on we see that January 13 th has changed 4% of people's lives which is completely unexpected in my opinion I was assuming that the number would be even lower, after this we can see that 14% said that they will try to commemorate to this day and I think that it’s very kind of these people, the next answer shows us the significance of this day decreasing each year for the respondent and even though I wouldn't say that I’m surprised by the number being 9% it’s still quite a lot, and last but not least shows us how many people learned about this day from the stories of others which is 5%.
