In recent few years, the mass media get a huge control in our way of life. The citizens who are using modern technologies as television, internet or reading different newspapers are getting biggest impact from widespread media. In my opinion, the digital media have bout sides. One of them is that mass media are doing positive influence of our way of live and other side is that we are getting negative impact for our life style.

First of all, the greatest clout we get from digital media is that it could affect our lifestyle in more healthy way. Because majority of modern people who are using technologies facing with various articles or adds about what we should to eat or do to become more healthier. The all that information accumulate in our brains and with a time it becomes influence us what to do, appears passion to start new active and healthful life style.
