My interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning began in 2019 when the organization I worked with, deployed chatbot systems to conduct online chat conversations via text, in place of providing direct contact with a live human agent. This made it easy to qualify customers' inquiries (e.g. question topic, client ID number, etc.) before they were processed by agents. It also assisted in freeing up agents' time, so they could take care of more added-value tasks. I am particularly fascinated by the fact that human intelligence can be so precisely described that a machine can be made to simulate it.

Scientists, today, are working hard to find answers to these questions and solutions to these challenges, and I am not going to stand by and watch from the sidelines. I want to immerse myself in scientific research and help improve the world we live in. To achieve this, I am applying to study Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Data Visualization and Interpretation in your esteemed learning institution.
