Corruption, How to solve this problem?

Police can take money from driver who drove over the speed limit.

Doctors can take money from patients to check them faster than others.

Teachers can take money from students so that they finish their course with better grades.

The fight against corruption is happening for long ages. Every year we have new anti – corruption laws. In the chart below we can see that these laws are helping to reduce corruption, but still it is a huge issue in Lithuania.

In my opinion there is always few more solutions to rid off corruption in our country. One of them would be to raise a salary for public services employees. For example, if doctors could get a salary with which he could be happy, in my opinion he will treat all of his patients in the same way.
