I have just watched a TV Show’s “The Morning” short interview about a couple, which won 114 million pounds in a lottery. Frances and Patrick Connolly lived a basic life until that faithful day, when Frances bought a lottery ticket, just for luck. As it turns out, fortune was running wild that day. Frances told that in the past she was not so fortunate, if she won some money it was a little amount. Nevertheless, she never gave up on winning it, as she said herself “I thought of doing this until one idiot wins it, and it turns out that idiot is me”. After the triumph, Frances immediately brought up an idea of helping her family out. Later on, she gave half of the money away. As she stated “It is indescribable to see a small amount of money make such a big difference in people’s lives”.
