A motivating person, he has more opportunities and is not good at doing something. Motivating people usually build a goal for themselves to accomplish something good and useful. And these people can easily climb the ladder of their profession in their careers and help them make more money and the like. For me, motivation is the ability to always have something to do and not be lazy, then set goals to know how to proceed in life to make it easier to find a good job. This video talked about the need to get your hands on it and go down that path where there are many opportunities. Lazy people really can’t get what they want so easily or they just can’t do it at all. Motivation is hard work. To put it bluntly, with motivation you can achieve everything and without it you can achieve nothing.
