For example, appropriate temperature in the atmosphere helps people to concetrate, improves thinking, also, it helps to work more productively and influences people to be more positive. Besides, working place should be as clean as possible, otherwise, it might lead to health problems.

Secondly, a good relationship with boss makes employee feel positive. A great example are international companies which have one to one meetings from time to time. In these meetings boss expresses his opinion about his empleyee’s attitude, spheres that have to be improved and, also, satisfaction about great achievements. Having known his strengths and weaknesses each person makes more efforts on his personal goals as he understands fulfilment of his work.
