Balance diet can improve your weight and health. Firstly, count your calories. Humans need 2000-2500 calories a day. Stick in this range, and weight will start dropping. Secondly, correctly formed diet can improve your energy levels and mood. Today‘s modern eating is nothing but just empty calories and additives, which cause moodiness, and tiredness.
