Cultural management.

Almost everyone wants to earn money and achieve their career goals. People, who achieve their carrier goals earn a lot of money, usually they are famous and also have a status in the society. First we start thinking about our future jobs then we are children because we see working people all around us.

Speaking about myself, I had a few career options. First of all I wanted to be a physical education teacher because I was really keen on sports. However, I decided that this profession would not to be allow to expose myself. So, I decided to choose another profession. I chose a cultural manager profession for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, sports are related to culture. Since I really enjoy active leisure, I work at Skuodas Sports Center and organize various events and sports competitions. Honestly, I really like it. So I have a lot of experience in organizing sports competitions not only for young people. I like to see what kind of people are happy attending the events I hosted. And it gives me strength, more self-confidence and develop my personallity.
