Consumption of fast food on a regular basis has direct consequences in diet that leads to obesity and other diseases. In many ways, it is concerned that education on healthy diet can deal with the issue. In my opinion, education about hygienic eating habit can partly solve the problem but it won't solve the health issue completely.Firstly, nutrition education has a profound impact on obesity and fatal illness. When people have proper education about food and nutrition, they would certainly avoid foods which are unsafe for health.
