Computer games have become an essential part of teenagers’ and adults’ lives. People spend a huge amount of time playing video games daily. Some video games often include violence, drugs and strong sexual content. These kinds of games are most popular among teenagers. Studies of teenagers exposed to violent video games have shown that they may become numb to violence, imitate the violence, and show more aggressive behaviour.

Second of all, from a social viewpoint, spending hours and hours playing video games makes adolescents socially withdrawn and promotes isolation. The decision making of the users is impaired due to extreme indulgence in such games. It makes them feel attracted to the violent fantasy world more than the real. Every day, for a long period of time, instead of socialising, they are watching a lot of criminal activities and violence.
