Christmas customs and traditions.

One christmas eve custom that we always follow and that is very important to our family is that we don‘t eat any meat and we always have to have twelve (or more) dishes. One special tradition we do is that we always put a plate for our deceased relatives so they could be with us and we leave the leftover food over night. My grandma always makes sure to have wafers and she also makes poppy milk. My mom always makes cranberry pudding that everyone really enjoys. When everyone gathers around the table my grandma says a prayer and then we all exchange with wafers. And that‘s how our christmas eve goes.
