In general, better employee motivation leads to better engagement and productivity. For this reason, every employee‘s recognition should be taken into consideration and kept in mind that culture is undoubtedly one of the most important factors affecting rewards management,therefore it has to be distributed accordingly.

In order to make an international team work multinational companies as it‘s highest productivity and satisfaction the following research questions will be raised:

What are the differences between rewarding managers from different cultures?

The business research data will consist of a direct interview with every manager. Since multinational companies hire people with different cultural backgruond, interviewees will be divided into as many segments based on their native country there are in exact company.
