Book Review „Strength Training Anatomy“


Strength Training Anatomy. About the book. What i learn from the book? Main muscle groups to train. The chest, shoulders, and triceps. The back and the biceps. Hamstrings (biceps), calves and the glutes. Some examples from the book. Conclusion.


I learned that there are many exercises for each group of human muscles and you can workout or do these exercises everywhere,but the main this book topic is to show how to do all these moves corectly and to help to avoid injuries.

In my opinion the book is perfect for those who want to start go to gym ,or just start to workout ,do some exercises ,because there are many information and pictures about all moves, and the most important ,all information and pictures are explained in details.
