Today, I'm going to talk about apprenticeship advantages and disadvantages for students or recent graduates and later on I will talk about the most important skills for our success in career. I'm going to deal with three aspects of the subject.First I will try to talk about what an apprenticeship is, then what benefits we can get from it and lastly I will try to discuss the most useful skills in our career development.

To start with, what is an apprenticeship? To simply put an apprenticeship is a period of time working as an apprentice during time where you can learn something new and get paid for your work. When you complete an apprenticeship training you will have valuable work experience, gain or upgrade your skills which one will help in your future carrer.

Another good thing is while working you not only get knowledge but at the same time you get paid which can you help with financial problems if you have.
